Introduction: Thyrotoxicosis classically presents with tremor, goitre, sweating and diarrhoea. It is increasingly appreciated, however, that presentations can be complex and non-specific. Gastrointestinal symptoms in thyrotoxicosis are thought to derive from increased motility.
